Raiffeisen Leasing Aval is the universal leasing company which offers the full complex of leasing for all types of legal entities from different spheres of manufacturing and services. During the first operational year the company became leader of Ukrainian leasing market.

LLC Raiffeisen Leasing Aval was founded in June 2006 as a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank Aval (owning 60% of the charter capital), one of largest banks in Ukraine, and Holding Raiffeisen-Leasing International GmbH (owning 40%) with headquarter in Vienna.

Thus, Raiffeisen Leasing Aval is a member of Raiffeisen Group (Austria), which has 35 years of leasing experience in Central and Eastern Europe and it is represented by it’s own leasing companies in 17 European countries. The history of Raiffeisen Group has been growing and expanding more than 140 years and not been ever bankrupt.

This organisational structure gives the new company three key competitive advantages:
firstly, the wide branch network of the one of largest banks in Ukraine;
secondly, support in launching new product from the Austrian shareholder and the possibility to use international experience;
thirdly, opportunity of giving competitive interests and using scoring schemes for fast decision-making.
